FSC ™

 Forest Stewardship Council ™

Founded in 1993, Forest Stewardship Council™ is an international organization with the goal of sustainable forest, use through globally uniform standards. With their product chain of certification, the path of wood between forest and end customer is transparent, controlled and documented through the use of the FSC™ logo.  The end consumer recognizes that all dealers and processors from the forest strictly adhere to the FSC™ guidelines with their principles and criteria and can therefore consciously choose a sustainable and ecological product without endangering the needs and biodiversity of future generations. Since 2014, EUROPEAN WOOD PRODUCTS TRADING LLC is FSC™ certified and aspiring to provide more and more FSC™ certified material available to our customers.

Certification system with the aim of ensuring and continuously improving sustainable forest management from an ecological, social and economic point of view. PEFC has been in existence since 1999. The PEFC system documents the path of wood from the forest to the end consumer and thus guarantees that the end consumer can purchase wood from legal sources. Since 2019 we are PEFC certified and offer our customers PEFC certified products.
